"I hope someone likes this one."

I like it, Miyu.

Near to all of my portraits are inspired by music which plays during the creative process.

What I like most of all is the emotion which comes across through her expression. It conveys to me the idea that no matter what we experience, in this life or beyond, no matter how painful the scars we bear .. there is yet always some light of confident expecatancy to hold on to.

Without true emotion, what would we create with?
